Food question sort of.

I just got a shipment of bottle fly spikes and am wondering if I can feed flies the left over roach chow I have.

I'm not sure if they will eat roach chow. What I do is take a cotton ball and soak it in a mixture of water, honey, bee pollen, and other powders I have lying around like spirulina.

Thanks. I’ve got this big bag of powdered roach food and my veiled wont eat the roaches because they don’t move. This is a good idea

maybe get a runner cup for the roaches so they run... maybe then your cham will be interested in them
