The cool mist humidifier from homedics is supplying the fog.
The mister is just a cool mist pump to two ez mister 1/4" nozzles that slip into whatever quick disconnect fitting . I still have the cool mist nozzle Just don't use it
The vine is actually just a pathos that I have trimmed the other big green leaf one on top right I can't remember I picked it up at a vendor at a show.

Also I bought a 2 1/2 " to 2" reducer hot glued to humidifier put a 45 degree on there and a female to male fitting. To a 5' straight piece then a 90 degree going into tank
