Fog system

Are fog systems a necessity for chams or a luxury? Do they provide the same levels of moisture and water as misters?

personaly i would just get an automatic mister, the foggers break and you may as well spend the money on a mister. much better

It seems one of the favorite misters on this forum is the Pro-Mist, but its way to far out of my price range. Does anyone use any other reliable, cheaper misters? If not, I guess I'll settle for a home fashioned drip.

There's no such thing as a fog system unless you're spielberg. It's called a humidifier, that's ok, when I was 16 years old, I would embellish words and make them into something that they really weren't also.

Not true, petco and other stores have machines that imitate fog, hence the name "fog machine", no embellishment there.

Yeah, save your money and just buy a humidifier. Only if you have trouble keeping humidity though. If you are, try misting more often and use more live plants.

But if you still have trouble, humidifier it is. Try coolmist brand, they are shaped like silly animals sometimes. Like 20-30 bucks from target.
