Does anyone have any extra hornworms or silkworms I can buy off of you? My chameleon hasn't eaten in about a week and I don't want him to die . I already ordered some but they won't come in for a few more days and I don't want him to starve. He refuses to eat crickets and mealworms. And nobody sells anything different at any pet store around here. Please reply if you do. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Keep offering him the crickets, I've read that chameleons will not starve themselves.

You can buy some by hornworms in miami lakes anarchy reptiles 305-556-9393. I buy mines from there now and then.

Mine recently went through a stressful situation and wouldn't eat... when he would puff up and open his mouth at me, I would throw in a cricket, and then he would do the rest. If you can handle him, you can open his mouth with a q-tip and put the cricket in that way.

Good way to "trick them"

I wouldnt worry to much.....some go off food every so often....just watch for other signs that something might be wrong...

It's weird because he use to be so mean and eat all the time. Now hes really nice and won't eat he worrys me sometimes lol I made put wax worms, crickets, mealworms, and lettuce all though out his enclosure. We will see if he resists all that Until I get my hornworms and silks
