I posted a few pictures on another thread and it won't let me use the same ones but I've had Loki 1 month. The past few days his attitude has changed (very clingy) and he has been eating less.
His tail and back also look chalky white and the top of his head looks waxy.

Attached is a photograph, is this typical of shedding? If not please let me know it's been maybe 3 days now and I want to take him into a vet if need be.
Sorry for not using the "correct format" Im on a phone and it keeps crashing and deleting everything.

He hates my phone... So he is pissed. Also the Gagues in the back are innacurate I use digital ones.

Hello,

Update us when its been around 5 days since you started seeing this on him.

Best of luck,
Richard

I was advised to keep his heat bulb off 2 days and see if there is any improvement incase it was caused from him getting too hot. Though I kept his cage at 78.

No sign of any change. Loki has not shed.

Day 5.

He is eating this morning. the skin on his back doesn't seem as bad. His tail is about the same.

He is drinking just fine, he always approaches me like a baby bird when I spray down his leaves (so sometimes I give him water through a dropper which he seems to enjoy).
Had a bowel movement which is his normal,
Eyes are not sunken in or anything so I don't believe his skin discoloration is from dehydration.

I will leave the basking bulb out one more day to see if there is improvement. O really hope it's heat related and spontaneously self resolves.
