Hi All

First post from new owner. Wally the panther who we have had for 3 weeks shed in about an hour today. Totally weird!!

My adult female took all day to scratch/rub her shed off. She ate as much as she could catch. Don't be surprised if this happens. They get minerals from the shed.
 
Welcome! They'll shed like that about every month when they're small and rapidly growing (at least, mine did); as he gets older, the sheds will be less frequent and more drawn out - shed the tail ove the course of a few days, then the feet in a week or two...)

cool, there is alot to taking care of an exotic such as a chameleon, if you have any questions ask away.... or post your schedule of everythign you do and what their enclosure contains, and we can help.
