But Hes a "fit" 14lbs. Chunky would be 16lbs, and after hibernation he will be around 12 pounds. Notice is sides are wrinklely. If he was fat, no wrinkles.

I thought he was already snuggled in for hibernation. Lol- when does he start around? He does look like a chunk in this pic but I get the wrinkles thing he’s really cool!!

He has drastically reduced food, so he should be going down for good any time now. Its kinda hit or miss, you dont want to starve him for a month, but you also dont want him to eat a big meal then go down a few days later, and have it rotting in is digestive track for 6 months.

they are supposed to naturally start refusing food a week or two before they go down, so thats what im gunning for. I just offer food once a week. So far the last meal could be 4 chicken feet and a banana
