Finally started my colony!

Hey guys i just started my Dubias colony. Picked up a batch of 200 mixed, so any advice other than the basics would be appreciated. Can they be used as there primary source of food or what. I mean I will still feed crickets but can the roaches be the main source. Thx guys

In short, they can be a staple, if your Cham chooses to eat them. You shouldn't make any one feeder more than 20% of their diet. Keep that in mind.
