Have any experienced owners of a female with eggs had any problems with
handeling a mother to be.Such as eggs being crushed or cracked inside the

I dont think they are in any danger since they are not really mature enough for
breeding as of yet. I handle them to tame them but don't want to make this a
habit as once they are mature enough for laying eggs.

My chameleon is very friendly and still wanted to come out when gravid. She was carrying 103, and I was amazed at how they can suck everything in when they want to. I had no idea she would lay that many as she could suck in her belly and I couldn't see them bulging through her ribs or anything. She just carried on as normal, hence my shock at the large clutch that she produced!
