how do i get my 2 year old female veiled to cycle/produce egg's for the first time?

you dont really get them to do it they know on their own when they are ready. what you do need to do is provide a laying bin. ( container with 8-10 inches of washed damp playsand )
jannb has a great blog on laying bins.
often you can tell they are ready when they start searching the bottom of the cage and often slow their eating.
its a good idea to keep a bin in there at all time so she can dig if she wants

Why do you want her to produce eggs? Do you plan on mating her?

yes i do want to breed eventually but my concern is i have had her for 2 years now and she has not produced any egg's or showed any signs of being receptive and gravid....i am woundering if this is normal? or is she ever going to lay egg's at all?

Diet seems to play a big part in whether they cycle or not.
