My female chameleon seems to be perching down alot and i have just seen her rubbing her face she is about to shed is this normal?

I don't understand what you mean by "perching down". If she's rubbing her face she may be rubbing her eyes because they are irritated. What is the humidity level in your cage? If the air is too dry it can irritate their eyes.

Like shes not holding herself up but she can hold her self up i took her out to check her humidity is 60 percent heres a pic of her

If that's all she's doin she's fine.
They don't always hold them self up to bask, most of mine stretch out and flatten out on the branches to bask.
As long as eyes stay open and alert,she's ok

Yer thats pretty much all shes doing lol i over worry because there my first chameleons, shes started shedding today and shes not sitting like that anymore so it must have been because she was ready to shed lol but i suppose its better to over worry than not care!
