My girl dug her hole for 3 days before she was ready to lay the one time. the waiting game stinks. at least the end is worth it. having a bunch of little veiled babies. I know I am excited and I have been waiting 5 months so far for my first clutch to hatch....... It feels like I have been caring for eggs for ever lol But I haven't lost any yet Good luck Lily! Yea, ive heard several stories of females taking several days to pick a good hole to dig. so im not worrying about her yet.
And i agree, the waiting game stinks! lol, i wish i could set up a camera to watch her while im at work!

My girl always dug to the very bottom and then accross the bottom half way lol She was being sneeky lol I hope she lays for you today.

I ask because my female laid 66 eggs and even after cutting her food intake back she still laid 66?!?!

one day a week lily got to eat 10 bugs if she wanted.
other than that, she ate 3-4 hbugs every other day.
