Female Panther- Egg bound again.

Hi everyone!

I am struggling with my one Ambanja Panther - Female. (blaze)
She was my first one I purchased and I have a really soft spot for her in my heart and I will do anything to keep her here with me, the sweetest girl panther I know.

She has been in twice for surgery for being egg bound. She has never been able to lay her eggs by herself.

She get her daily calcium with her food which is gut loaded.
She has her UVB bulb. Water three times a day. :(
She is also just over 1.5 years

The first time she went in, we initially started with the calcium injections. They did not work. So we had to do surgery - total bill $465 CAN

The vet told us she took out most of her ovaries, and she will obsorbe the following sets of eggs. (she wont be laying eggs anymore, but her body will obsorbe them)
Not the case, because she was in again for surgery - total bill - $298

Now she is acting the same again, bloated, barley eating, lazy, resting her belly on branches.
Is there any cure or anything I can do to maybe prevent this?? the vet keeps telling me she's taken out her ovaries, but not the case.
It's seems like a lot of stress on her. I feel horrible for her, this is no life for a chameleon. There must be something I can do to help. The money is not this issue here, I know Cham's can get expensive, I just need to find someway for her to be able to pass her eggs on her own.

Any advice.. help....
Thanks. :(

Did the vet give a reason for not removing the whole reproductive system? When the eggs were removed from her last time, where they round or oval?

Although I do think some chameleons can reabsorb the eggs, there have been no papers that I'm aware of that prove it and I've never seen it happen with panthers. (I have with veileds.)
