Female Jackson real dark..

So my female had 5 babies 2 weeks ago tomorrow. Prior to that she seemed to be doing well, eating drinking etc. She never moved around as much as my male though, I'm now assuming that was because she was carrying babies because after the birth she was much more active.

Even about a week after she was fine. But the past few days she has been a really dark color especially from the base of her tail, down. She is also sitting directly under the warmest light in her cage. Which is about 77 degrees. What her set up has always been. Nothing has changed.

Could her recently having babies be effecting her in some way? Im thinking she's trying to warm up and going to try a basking bulb to see if that helps. Right now I think its a 60 watt bulb. But something is up.

Any ideas?

There the chance she has retained one of the babies or can't pass a slug. I'd see if a vet can do any sort of scan to see if there is some internal damage.

Ok thanks. I was also told she might still have more. Ill see what local vets specialize in chams/ reptiles.
