Someone is giving a Female crested gecko away and i was wonderingif it laid eggs or had any disadvantages of it being a female instead of being a male. Is it harder than a Male?

Usually it is fine as long as you do not try to hold them by it. You won't just scare it off. Just use care like you would any animal.
