Poor Russell fell asleep while in his "begging" pose. He wanted to come out but it was getting late and I had to leave. Came back home to find him sleeping like this.

I really felt bad though when I saw him like this but thought it was so cute I took some pictures. Haha. He'll be getting extra play time tomorrow

LOL!! that's the way Smeagie begs to come out. I had to attach some
fake vines on the inside door so he would have something come comfy
then plain screen to cling too.
I always feel bad when I cant let him out though
If only he could find his own way home near bedtime, like birds do, I
would just leave the door open

I wish he'd find his way back too! I leave my parrots cage open all day and we don't have any issues.

That is a great pic, so cute. I feel guilty too when my veiled wants to come out and I don't have the time. What is that mesh material I see in the background of your pic? I have been looking at getting something for my chameleon's cage that would make it easier for him to climb on since his nails are a bit too big for the screen of his cage.

It's a plastic fence. I can't remember if I got it from Home Depot or Lowes but it was in the garden center. Pretty cheap too
