How do you get a 5 month old veiled Cham to eat out of your hand or to use the cup method? And how do you get them to use a dropper? I'm trying to take some extra steps to insure that he is getting plenty of water.

You can start using hornworms or super worms on the palm of your hand a slowly approach the chameleon and see they are interested. This may take a few try's, like weeks not days.
Second chameleons don't like being watched while drinkIng, some will but most prefer to do it private. Just check there urate regularly to make sure it's close to white as possible.

I have only tried to feed him outside of his cage one time, but I tried for a solid 30 minutes and didn't get anything out of it, I'll just keep trying!
