Feeding switch

I have a Jacksons Chameleon King and a soon coming Flap Neck cham. Is it possible to just switch to worms or do you have to stay with crickets? If you can how many should I feed every other day? I'm guessing 5.

9 months I got him from LLL Reptile, but he is an adult.

I would recommend more than just worms.

Okay, but would he be fine even if I just feed him worms my mom hates crickets. I asked her about roaches today and she yelled " NO!" @jannb

Keyword here is "variety". A mixture of soft and hard-bodied feeders will keep your cham happy!
