Feeding silkies

I bought 2 tubs of silkies (about 200 or so). Said there was food in the bottom of the cup, turn the cup upside down to store and they would crawl up to the food and you could shake out the poop.

When I got the silkies there wasn't food in the cup and absolutely no way to shake out the poop. That wasn't an issue because I have a silkie screen I use, but my question is: What in blazes can I feed them! Has anyone been successful feeding them anything but Mulberry leaves? Does anyone have any left over mulberry leaf power they could drop in the mail today? I would be happy to send you some $$$ but I need to feed them asap or I lose my silkies.

Thanks.

They will eat dandelion leaves, beet leaves, thin shaved carrot, gently cooked yam. But NONE of these will keep them alive forever. I found small silkies require at leat 75% mulberry, larger ones at least 50% mulberry diet or they expire.

Thanks! I will get some dandeline greens and try that. I should have them all fed off in 2 weeks. Hopefully they will last that long.
