Feeding Question?

Sup guys I have a 5-6 month old chameleon (I think) and I was just wondering if I can start feeding him after every 3 days or something??? Or should I still feed him everyday? Just a little confused because some people say that if you have an adult veiled you can wait like a week and then feed it only 7 or 8 crickets and wait another day so can I start doing something like that with my chameleon??

im no expert but im pretty sure who ever told you that is crazy. You should offer it food every day, if it's not hungry then it wont eat. going multiple days without food at a growing age would probably be bad.

Feed your chameleon everyday at this point. I would feed about 12 feeders or so. At about a year you can cut back to every other day and go about 6-8 feeders. Not every other week.

i second what carol said, however speaking from my own personal experience...
my male veiled stopped eating every day at around 7.5 months old. I began to feed him every other day, and now he eats his feeders like he is supposed to.
i would suggest try to get him to eat every day. if he does, great, if not, then try every other day, but do not go longer than that as your guy is still pretty young.
Even as an adult I would at most feed every second day if my guy stopped eating, but I would prefer every other day. A week is way to long to let them go without food, especially if they are actually hungry.
SOme chams go on food strikes, and will go a week or so without eating, but we all try to get them to eat something.
As I said, this is just my personal experience.
