Feeding Panthers BB Flies

I ordered 100 Bottle Blue Fly Pupae last night. From advice on here I will refrigerate them and take out 5-10 for hatching. Here is where my questions are: Do I put the pupae in a small covered container and put that in my enclosure? Once hatched, how do I feed them to my Panther with feeding tongs or let em fly in my enclosure?

I hatch them in a deli cup, then just put them in the frig for a minute or two to slow them down. I then put the cup in the cage, remove deli cup lid and close cage door. The flies wake up and fly around the cage. They do tend to stay up towards the roof and lights.

Ok perfect. The top is where a lot of his crickets go and where he gets easy pickens.
