feeding Mayflies anyone ? heads up

well, its almost time for mayfly season around Lake Erie- they say up to 18 TRILLION !!! can hatch from Mississippi, up to Ohio - they show up on the weather radar , that is how thick they swarm around here and DON'T GO OUT AT NIGHT BY THE LIGHTS :eek: :p - sadly- they only live 24 - 72 hrs once hatched - they are a GREAT snack for chams - only a few here and there - ( they are kinda high in protein, but also have cal/ and vit B from what I have been able to research) if anyone has any detailed analysis I would be curious to know just what IS in the mayfly - and after these- YUMMY - its cicada season :D
