Feeding for male Veiled

Me again OK so i am trying to find how much and how often i should be feeding this big guy.
And NO i will not be growing my own worms,or crickets ( i have 3 kids and 2 are still young enough to experiment with new foods LOL)

So far i have bought 12 crickets and dumped them in the cage and Rango ate them no problem. searched them out and ate them all within 10 mins LOL then i bought a batch of super worms was told to give him no more then 2 a day ( which i gave 2 yesterday and you would have thought it was heaven LOL he went after it so fast! and then we fed him 2 more today and LOVES them. Now in between i have given him some chopped carrots & bell peppers ( just put some on a flat cut branch and again he ate it.)

seeing that we dont know where he came from or what his routine is i am not sure what is the normal feeding amount. can i over feed him?

oh and he will drink when i spritz him but how little is too little for him to drink LOL i mean is a few mouth licks enough?

FIrst, how old is he? gotta now that to say how much to feed.
Next, as long as he gets misted 3-5 times a day for about a minute or two each time, then he will drink what he needs.
Oftentimes, many of us here dont see our guys drink at all.

i really have no clue his age. we found him 6 days ago. and i know nothing about him.
he is big measured him and from nose to tail starts is 9 1/2 inches and when he is puffed he is 4 inches from top to belly. will get more pictures today

He is an adult male veild. I would feed him every other day 6-7 large feeders, crickets, dubia roaches, superworms, silkworms, hornworms, silk moths, horn moths, brown wild caught moths, phoenix worms(which turn into soldier flies) These are some of the common feeders. Mix it up. Variety is key.
