Feeding Dubias

This may seem like a dumb question, but how do you feed your cham dubias?

I gave my cham a couple last week from a cup, but was wondering if dubias can be put into the enclosure like crickets so that the cham can hunt them. Or is it better to keep giving dubias to her via a cup?

I cup feed half and hand feed. I might let a few go in there but one of two at a time cuz they like to hide. They can live for a few days so I'm sure he will find them before they die. I have never found a dead dubia in the bottom of his cage.

Ive always cup or hand fed dubia. I free range crickets. Never had the guts to free range dubias, always had a creepy feeling if they ever got out. haha. The fastest method Ive found is to put the dubia upside down on my palm so its legs are kicking, which snags the Chams attention.
