Feeding dish

How do I get my 2 month old veiled chameleon to eat out of the feeder dish? Any advice? He runs everytime my hand goes in and refuses to take anything from the tongs.

Tong feeding can be dangerous. If they hit the tong and you drop it or they pull back on them while your holding firm then this can seriously damage the tongue to the point where they can not retract the tongue.

I would get this feeder. It attaches to the screen. put it at basking level they easily see the movement and it is more like free feeding without the risks.
