feeding crickets,roaches,worms ect

i am gonna make a list of what I feed my crickets if its wrong please let me know asap
spring salad mix organic
Collard greens
Mushrooms
Mustard greens
Pears
Pumpkin
Snap peas
Sweet potato
Turnip greens
Watermelon
Zucchini
Yellow squash
Cucumber

Brussels Sprouts

any and all greens
water bites for water

I am sure there's some stuff I've missed but its a start let me know if there's some thing I am missing or I need to take away.
by the way all feeder incects are very juicey just ask boo boo. everyone she eats slatters juices every where! lol! she loves it!
we also grow fresh vegi's
 
OMG! I don't wanna see your grocery bill!!! You have such a variety that even if something was wrong I don't think it would matter! lol!!! I have heard not to use bananas but who knows if that is right or wrong. I guess anything in moderation. Also, have seen on here not to use broccoli and spinach, so keep that out of your "all greens" catagory!
 
hey I eat all that stuff on a regular basis so feeding my crickets worms and roaches isn't a problem. so no broccoli or spinach anything else?
 
The link in my signature should help you evaluate your list better. Oxalates and goitrogens (which are high in broccoli and spinach) interfere with calcium absorption so avoid those.
