I feed:
Crickets
Dubia (Have my own colony)
Horn Worms
Silk Worms
Super Worms
I've tried Butter Worms but my chams really didn't like them
Crickets are my staple, since all my chams eat them. The downfall of crickets is they tend to escape, smell, also can die easily with fluctuations of temp. Dubia are clean, just not all my chams like them. Plus they can hide very easily, which posses a problem with some of my setups. Dubia are very easy to care for, as well as breed. Silk worms are always nice, just the tend to be more work to keep alive. I get my best results with silks when I have fresh mulberry leaves. Horn Worms all my chams love, they just get big fast so when I re up I get different ages so I can feed them before they become huge. Super Worms by far are all my chams favorite, they are very easy to care for and they live a long time. You will find out what each chams pallet is like very fast. Whichever you choose just make sure your feeders environment is ideal, clean with proper temp and gutload. I think one of the best experiences with my chams is feeding them different varieties and just watching them enjoy their meal.
