Feeder Set up and organization

Hello All,

As I have begun to pull together more feeding options for my Chams, I quickly realized I needed to stay organized. Here is what I have come up with.

Basic 6' shelving unit that I can slide tubs into. Note that each tub is (or will be) labeled as my wife and son sometimes have to feed for me when I travel. In addition, I have a dry erase board that will have daily directions.

On the second shelf from the bottom see tubs that need to be kept warmed. In this case Dubias and some cricket eggs that are incubating. Below the tubs is a basic wire rack that the tubs sit on while a heat mat is under the rack. This way the mat is not in direct contact with the plastic. Also hooked up the mats to a rheostat, just to be careful as room temps fluctuate.

Right now I have crickets, Dubias, hornworms, and silkworms and will likely be adding another species or two of roach. This gives me all the room I need as well as some storage space.

Thanks for looking, I know no one else but you all here would give a darn as to how I store bugs!! LOL

Great idea, because ease of access and use is essential when you are running a chameleon operation - even though many of us still think if this as a hobby- it quickly turns into a full time job once the chameleons start to add up!! Keep us posted on how well it is working out for you!
