Feedback Bad Business moves

I am usually nonverbal on this forum. I find a lot of the info I need by searching. I really really enjoy reading about the techniques others use to care for their pygmy chameleon.

To kindly and gently touch on another area. I have been trying to transact with a member of this forum. I have paid for what I ordered. I have been trying since the 14th of July to get a refund. I have basically not received any response after several attempts.

I am not irritated with the money aspect because it does not amount to a hill of beans. The first part that DOES irritate me is the fact that I found out about seller on this website. The second part is that the seller is not corresponding with me to handle this business transaction.

I could have chosen to hold my tongue. However it is not fair!!!!!

Business is Business. Just venting my frustration

I can completely understand your frustration. Let's out this bad business person. Who are they? I am having a similar experience with another forum member and am hoping its not the same person. If you are having an issue and have tried many times to resolve it, I don't see any problem in sharing your experiences here with the other forum members so that they may avoid the same fate.

Fanning the Flames

I am not trying to fan a flame.

My thoughts: It makes the website as a whole look bad.

I am a member of another forum where people that have well known businesses are not allowed to reference them on the forum. e.g. business website in the signature. This would not take away anything from the person. It just keeps up on the overall morale.

I really do not want to cause problems. If I am being duped........how many others are silently sitting on the edge of their seats biting their nails. saying to themselves----where is my money or the item that was ordered????

If the business isn't holding up to their end of the business is takes away from the integrity of the forum as a whole.

I am not sure whether the member should be banned??? It might be better to have it as a rule that all businesses remove references to their business website.

This would make it fair across the board!!!

It would be a good idea to make a fuana report and get the guys business known to others so more people don't run into the same problem as you.

Man I can only imagine your frustration. I would be furious as well! Like Thompson said, got to Faunaclassifieds and make a thread about this person. Especially if you have tried to contact them every way possible (phone calls if you have a phone number, for example, not just emails). It's been 3 weeks, more than enough time to respond, I would think.

I'm curious to know who it is but unfortunately we can't share that kind of info on here. We'll just have to check fauna to see who it is!
