Cage Type - Describe your cage construction (Glass, Screen, Combo?) What are the dimensions?
Lighting - What brand, model, and type of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
Location - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?

Chameleon Info:

Handling - How often do you handle your chameleon?
Feeding - What are you feeding your cham? What amount? What is the schedule? How are you gut-loading your feeders?
Supplements - What brand and type of calcium and vitamin products are you dusting your feeders with and what is the schedule?
Watering - What kind of watering technique do you use? How often and how long to you mist? Do you see your chameleon drinking?
Fecal Description - Briefly note colors and consistency from recent droppings. Has this chameleon ever been tested for parasites?
History - Any previous information about your cham that might be useful to others when trying to help you.

well i just typed four paragraphs about all this and my gosh darn comp just deleted it out of no where!!!!!!!
so here we go again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im really pissed!

12 deep by 18 long and 20 in high all screen cage. Its located on a dresser 4 feet of the ground up stairs in my room with only me as traffic...there is literly none. Repti sun 5.0 60 watt basking bulb...incandesent.12 on 12 off. 86 at basking and 74 at cool end and 66 at night.digital thermometer. spray 3 times daily warm water is used and an anologe hygrometer. 40% average 80% after i spray for 2 mins at a time. pothos, umbrella tree...in the middle of room no drafts and fan is never on.

never at all...my hand is in there to clean and mist 3 times a day. for a min at a time max time. 1/2 inch crix butter nut squash and greens as a load, and silk worms every 3 days with horn worms once or twice a week.feed at 7 am takes him till 2 to eat all of the dozen crix.http://pet.imageg.net/graphics/product_images/pPETS-3760017t400.jpg thats the calcium he gets 6 times a weel plus two time a month is his calcium w/ D3 and herpative from rep cal. spray 3 times a day with warm water and a dripper thats on every other day for 4 hours. mist 2 mins each i see him drink every other day ussally.Not tested for parasites yet but thats what im debating...he poops every day at 8 am and its been a brownish black mush liquid with a solid white tip the past 2 days, day 2 beeing today...thats the problem..from screameleons hes a ambanja ambilobe cross and is 4 months old and 1 week. he eats great and roams around and baskes all day he goes to bed a 7 oclock and never has slept during the day. just shed a week ago. only took a full day to do the whole body.

im going to have a fecal exame done eather tommaro or monday if this happenes again. please give your advise slash opinon...calcium is pure and phosphrouse free.
 
bump...im ready to set up a fecal exam if it happens tommaro...any advise/ opinion on my situation?
 
silkworms will make stools loose and have extra slime when going. Its always good to have a fecal done just in case. I don't think you have anything to worry about though.
 
he hasnt had a silk in like 5 days though...if tommaroo continues ill book a fecal exam..
