Fecal testing

Hey all, can anyone recommend a place where I can mail out for a fecal float. I want to rule out the possibility that my chams have parasite before a trip to the vet. I would do it myself but I'm not experienced enough in identifying the different types of parasites. Thanks

Your vet may and can send it off for you. I don't know of any online/postal ones where you are as I'm in the uk.

It is very difficult to rule out all parasites as they pick them up from insects easily. It is something to monitor and be aware of, not a crisis (unless your cham is showing signs of sickness). Why not have the vet do it? Introduce your cham to your vet while its healthy...you can get a sense how experienced this vet is BEFORE you really need it, and you can get a health baseline for the cham too.
