Also it turns out what I thought was a nasal discharge was actually some built up shed skin. He started shedding yesterday and the piece is starting to come off on its own; it's only hanging on by a thread of shed skin. This was the best possible outcome, because it might have been a growth or nasal infection, etc.

Ponazuril worked amazingly well for the coccidia. Eliminated the parasites in half the time the vet anticipated.

That is something to celebrate! It sure takes a load off your mine, so now you can get back to other things. Great job.

Good news! Just be sure to have everything clean from now on and be sure to get a follow up fecal to make sure that he hasnt gotten it again.

Which vet did you go to?

Great news!

Glad to hear that Larry got a clean fecal. I would get him re-checked in a couple of months.
