So to recap...My female panther cham laid 34 eggs backs on October 6th and now laid 41 more eggs on Turkey Day! Is this a normal for females to lay so many eggs in that short of time? Also....4 of the 34 for eggs from October went bad, hopefully all 41 eggs from this clutch stays with us! :D

That is quite a few eggs.
I dont know about second clutches, but each of them is alot.
I would suggest feeding her less, maybe lower her temps a little bit, which can help reduce the number of eggs.

Her Amb is 78ish and hot spot is about mid 80s to 90 we havent let her breed with our male since mid September and this is the outcome! I wasnt asking what to do to lower her amount of eggs, just giving an update..Also she eats only 3 to 6 crickets every other day and we dust appropriately.

But totally excited to get these babies born when they are ready! AND! We will be ready :)

Congrats. So many babies! How long is the incubation period until they hatch?

That time span is about right between fertile clutches although those are big clutches. 80 to 90 is too hot IMO. If she is eating and drinking and you are giving plenty of calcium she may be fine but I would just be ready for a steady month and a half cycle of infertiles unless you lower the temps of her basking spot and cut down her food a bit. Sometimes a female will lay infertiles over and over no matter what you do but it does not hurt to try and delay that if you can. Good luck with the eggs!

Congratulations, best of luck with the eggs... Hope to see some baby pics next year! :)

From what I have learned is the incubation process is 6 to 9 months or longer....so from my first clutch, we will have babies as early as April! :D

So an update on the 2 clutches we have incubating....the 1st clutch she laid was 34 eggs and the 2nd clutch she laid was 41 eggs! From the 1st clutch 4 eggs died off so 30 still going strong...hopefully all 41 from this clutch stays with us!

Just thought I would share and give an update! :)
