fattening crickets

Ok at this stage I'm well up on gut loading the little lads but I had a thought today.maybe its a complete no no but just thought is ask.the cricket will eat anything right what would happen if you fed them a waxworm to boost their fat and make them a bit meatier.a half worm would do loads of them and if if worked it would be a good way of building up a narrow cham

I feed them occasionally but don't like to over do it.I was just wondering if it would be a handy way to boost the value of your main feeder

I dont see much point in that. It would be easier to just feed the waxworm to the chameleon. However, if you have a thin chameleon, it is best to help it gain weight by using the normal feeders that have less fat and more nutrition and use the fatty wax/mealworms as treats like normal. (Imagine being underweight and using fast food to gain your weight back!)
