How can you tell if your chameleon is over weight? I've always heard they can get "fat" from eating too many worms...

Fat pads on their heads? could you explain this more for me? I do not think my chameleon is fat but I just want to know the signs so it doesnt sneek up on me. Because he loves his supers!

Will the fat pads disapear when someone stops feedeing a cham with superworms or wax worms ? How long does it takes ?

Having a moderate fat pad is not a bad thing. You dont want these to dissapear altogether. Using superworms is not a bad thing, though I'd ways waxworms arent necessary. That said, if the amount of fat/calories taken in are reduced, the need to store excess fat is reduced. How long it takes for fat reserves to get used up will depend on intake and activity (much the same as with people)
