Fake AND real plants?

Is it ok to have both? Cuz I mean, i've got a few real atm but I want it to look more dense etc and I find having 3 different types of plant in there like i do atm all seem to be doing ok but all need sorta diff conditions to strive. So they wont ever reach their full potential..Would it be ok to add some fake in there as well? I don't want my veiled going off his real plants because he attemps to eat a fake one and then he thinks they are all fake. Can this happen?

I have both and my chams go right for the real when they want to chomp on something. In fact, they eat the leaves all the time and the poor plant can't grow fast enough. I put various "greens" in the cages which they eat but they do prefer the plants. I think I need to buy bigger ones.

They love hibiscus!

yeah my plants get eaten very quickly too lol I think i might go for a few fake plants but make sure they are strong etc so they cant actually be torn from it if he does attempt to eat one.

I also have both. Joyce spends most of her time in the schefflera tree (real), but also seems to appreciate the fake greenery here and there that she can quickly duck behind if out on one of her vines. A lot of the pictures of people's setups have shown combinations of real and fake plants. Eventually my pothos may go crazy enough to replace most of the fake stuff, but it's not that big yet.

Yes, I also made sure the fake stuff was nothing she could actually take a bite out of, just to be safe.

Yeah I got one of those exo-terra fake plants the amapallo. I must say it's quite good and i'm deff going to invest in some of the fake vines. Thanks for the replies.
