Eyes get black. What does that mean?

His body color remains bright and beautiful, but his eyes get black from time to time even when i take him outside. Does that means he is getting stressed?

Cage Info:

* Cage Type - 4x2x2 Aluminum Mesh Cage
* Lighting - 100watt Power Sun UVB / ON:7:00 AM OFF : 8:00 PM
* Temperature - 95F Basking / 75 Ambient Day / 60 Ambient Night
* Humidity - 40-70% Ultrasonic humidifier / 3 Minute misting in the morning.
* Plants - Everything is fake
* Location - On Top of a night stand, 2 windows to each side of him, but not directly in front of windows or vents.

Chameleon Info:

* Your Chameleon - Panther Cham Ambilobe Blue Bar 9 months old
* Feeding - Superworms, Gutloaded Cricks, Hornworms, and occasional wax, phoenix.
* Supplements - Calcium with NO D3 3 times a week (Mon, Wends, Fri) Herptevite 2 times a week (Tues & Sat)
* Watering - Big Dripper / Rubber Syringe.
* Fecal Description - Half the size of a mans pinkie, Holds together, Urate is white, sometimes has small ring of orange at the base, but not all the time.
* History - Stomaitis 1 month ago
* Current Problem - Stressed?
