Eye infection?

Loki my male panther cham short of a year old I noticed yesterday or two days ago running his eye on a branch.
Now today i noticed his left eye looks slightly swollen and partially closed than the right... Not sure if this picture can help but his other eye is normally a full circle

His eye is sunken because he hates my ipod

It's hard to see in the picture without comparison but in person there is a clear difference, no debate. He hasn't eaten much for about three days either.

Anyone? Can someone with experience on meds point me in the right direction at least, I need to know the safest option without sacrificing his health medication wise

You need to take him to a vet to get the appropriate meds IMHO.

You can try rinsing with saline

Took him to the vet today, they gave me flurbiprofen sodium and gentamicin sulfate both eye drops both to be administered twice daily. Anyone have any horror stories with using these or are they safe

His white blood cell count is also elevated and glucose I believe but they said that's because of stress. Everything else was perfect but the white blood cell indicates most likely an infection they said
