well shit your the only one i know so far that works there and knows his shit, i have a few petsmart/petco in my are and yea not good, couldnt help and notice how small those cages are too.

I also work at PetSmart. My baby cham, Napoleon, was purchased there. As was said, the bowls are policy. I see someone misting the cages two, three, or more times a day as needed by each species. The people I work with are quite knowledgeable, but it may not be the same at every location. Who knows...

Got my 1st veiled last week, and he once in a while he bulges his eye and moves it around but goes back to normal. He seems very healthy active alert though just looks very gross.

It is always a plus to find someone that does work somewhere and they do know what they are doing or talking about Rare especially in those chains . Nowadays I dont expect them to know anything about reptiles as I wouldnt expect best buy employee to know about tvs or computers.
