eye bulging

today i let skittles go in the natural sunlight for a while.. when i handled him, his right eye bulged out almost 2x more than his left just for a few seconds.. is something wrong?

Based on the info you provided, NO.

Keep watch over it just to be sure, but that's probably normal. They'll often close one eye (especially when being watered, but my guy also frequently does this in the sun) and move things around behind the eyelid in a disconcerting manner, bulging it out and shrinking it in.
