Eye and neck swollen...

Been here awhile and also have older male chams, but first female. So out of no where starting yesterday her eye and neck got swollen, seems like fluid build up, wasn't noticable yesterday but today, damn. I did switch from calcium with no d3 and with d3 rotation to sticky tongue indoor formula about a month ago on her. Also I did run out of crickets a few days ago and got some from a pet store to still have a variety with the roaches. Normally I get them from flukersfarms and never had issues. Just stating recent changes.

We have seen this alot on the forums this month, its kind of disturbing. Based on the past, its a vit-A problem thats causing the sinuses to get infected and stop draining.

So how can I help her with it if it's sinus infection?

I have not had to deal with this for about 20 years. Im hoping someone in these threads took the cham to the vet and got a diagnostic.

As far as what i have collected:
if the vet drains it, it comes back in a few hours
In many cases the jaw will start to lock up or have reduced opening range
Most vets gave a vit-A shot and a week or two of Baytril
However no one updates the threads with a cure status.

What do you mean vitamin A problem? Do you mean a deficiency? Or an overdose?

Swelling went down basking spot bulb was weak changed it and her eye is normal and neck is over half down in size. I will keep updates if it gets bad again.
