Exo Terra Heat Glo Infrared for basking spot lamp??

Chameleons can tolerate night time temps of 60F and I think that's around 18C but not sure. Anyway if you need to provide heat at night to keep your temp at or above sixty, you need a ceramic heat emitter NOT an infrared light. Chams need complete darkness to sleep properly. It is OK to use this type of light for basking but a regular incandescent light bulb or halogen light bulb works just as well and is cheaper.
You don't say what kind of Cham you have but basking temps vary by type and age. You can refer to the care sheets accessible on the left side of the forum page. Welcome to the forums there are lots of knowledgeable folks here that can help you.

I have a 7 month old panther chameleon. Apparently the night temperature can go around 10c, so I don't think I have to buy it. Thanks!
One more question, is Exo-Terra Sun Glo 75w adequate for spot lamp?

If you mean for UVB lighting I think Reptisun is the recommended brand if you are not going to use a linear bulb.

Dongerzkim, do not use night light heating. It will disrupt your chameleons sleep. It's a big no-no in the chameleon world. Your temperature of 10C at night is fine! That's around 50F, which your panther will be able to tolerate so long as he/she has a place to warm up during the day (basking of around 85F or 30C).
