Has anyone used one of these with success? Is there like a timer built into it or do you have to plug it into a timer? Are they worth it?

Trust me. Not worth it.

NOOOO WAY, i had one and when i came home after 3 hrs the water resovoir it was in was boiling (seriously) and the fogger had corroded and burned out, NOT WORTH IT!
