Hello,
I had a couple of questions. We have started to the cages for the reptiles we plan on getting/have. For me that’s a Panther Chameleon. I live in the Netherlands (Moved here from the states). Friends here keep telling me I have to do glass because that’s the only way the heat and humidity will stay in, otherwise it will cost a fortune to heat etc.… (They are reptile people but not chameleon people). Whereas from what I have read it should be screen for good ventilation. Before I go further I was hoping to get some better advice from people who have chameleons.
The size is 100cm wide, 80cm deep and 130cm tall (Can be a little taller)
My other question is light. should I go with tubes for this cage
The sides and back are made from betonplex. The double stack cages are my husband’s snakes. The unfinished one is for my cham. The bottom will be doors, and so will the top.
Ignore the mess underneath and around the cage we just bought this house and everything is a work in progress ...lol
