enclosure for hatchling

I got my first chameleon about six months ago and now I want to buy a second, but I want to get a baby - my question is probably simple for a experienced chameleon person - but should I get a smaller cage for a hatchling with the plan to upgrade as he gets bigger or should I buy a cage with his adult size needs in mind?

You'll need a smaller cage, unless you can get the cham to cup feed at a young age.
