Hi there guys! My boyfriend and I are wanting to get a chameleon. We got an enclosure and I posted pictures here to get opinions. I was told we need a bigger enclosure which is no problem but we are curious as to what the beat kind of enclosure we can get for Colorado conditions. (Super dry and cold right now, but almost spring!)

Glass is best in Colorado. 36x18x36 Exoterra. Or the Dragonstrand hybrid which is specifically made for chameleon keeping. You could also buy the xl reptibreeze and put a window insulation kit on it to keep in humidity.
Or a shower liner the clear ones an hang it also will help with the water if you are using a mistking or some type of water dripper

I'm in Colorado, so I understand the issues too. If you go with the ReptiBreeze XL you're definitely going to need to line the sides with plastic. Also, you're going to need to be committed to maintaining humidity. So you're going to need some kind of system setup whether you purchase a misting system or hand spray you will need a schedule. What kind of Cham are you looking at getting?

I have the medium tall clearside atrium. I love it but dang do I really love the new hybrids with solid walls lol. The quality of Bill Strand's cages far surpass anything else I have found or used. They may be a bit more expensive but you definitely get what you pay for.
