Enclosure cleaning?

Okay guys and gals, I have been keeping Chams for about 8 months now. I typically just use warm water and mild anti-bacterial soap to clean the cage bottom and any other parts that need it. I see they have reptile cage cleaner at the petstores? I'd kinda like to have something just in a bottle like this, but does anyone recommend using it? If so, what brand?

I only spot clean so far.
I get my cham out and inspect it for poop and stuff.

I do have a large steam cleaner but havent used it yet.

I suppose you could take the whole cage outside and hose it down
very well, spay it down with Wipe Out, and hose it down some more!?
