Looks good, but when he grows up you might want the cage to be a bit taller.

It should be fine until he grows up. :)

I would recommend adding more vertical and horizontal branches, but it looks good so far!

Thats the plan currently 20x18x12. Gonna upgrade to a 48x24x24 in about 6-7 months when he will be roughtly 9 mo old. This is the Ultimate Set-up from Screameleons. Gonna add some fake vines and/or wooden dowels for paths

Looks like a good start!

I am thinking that enclosure will be good for more like 1-2 months at the very most. Especially considering it is only 12" tall.

You can get 3 foot tall screen cages for pretty decent prices if you're not looking to build your own.

its 20 tall 18 wide and 12 deep actually. I probably put the dimensions in wrong order lol (been awhile since shop class). Was planning on getting 4x2x2 from DIY cages because they are under $100.

looks good! Your cham will love his new home...

Love the live plants. Your little guy should have plenty of places to hide out at, cool down, and chill out :)

I actually have to start re-building my adult enclosure this week. Can't wait!

Nice! Be sure to take lots of pics :D

Monday I'm buying my cham, hopefully I can get him shipped out on Wednesday so i could have all day thursday to mess around with his set up. I'm excited too. I need to get off the computer I keep buying stuff lol.

Bought cham and ultimate set-up from screameleons. should have had my cham last week but I live in in MN and we had a cold front come through so it was too cold to send him until this week. pics definitely coming with weekly progress of color.

Thats a bummer. My moms boyfriend is from MN, she went to visit his fam in december and it was 0 degree's lol.

Be sure your room is never below 60 degree's when you have your cham. You can use those heaters with the automatic heat levels that constantly stay at a certain degree.

What locale is the panther you're getting? And did you get him/her from screameleons?

I almost got a male Nosy Be from them untill I found the cham i wanted lol.

I would definitely add some branches and vines for climbing. Also, that cage will be way too small to house a 9 month old. I got a 3 month old shipped to me and put him in a 30 X 16 X 16. He is now 4 1/2 months old and it is really too small and he is not a huge chameleon either.

Ambilobe from Screameleons, supposed to look similair to Kaboom or Thrasher. Yea we had quite a few subzero days this year. -25 some days with the wind chill.

Ill be upgrading to a 4x2x2 when he gets too big for the current one.
