I just completed my Male Nosy Be Panthers "Ego" cage/base/drainage/misting upgrade! See pics.
I used the 24x24x48 inch screen cage, suspended a 50watt Phillips Halogen Par 22 Light In dome, 18" 10.0 Repti Sun UVB Bulb, 3 6500K CFL bulbs for light and plants, 5 6 foot pieces of Exo Terra Small Jungle Vine, Several fresh cut limbs of Bamboo from my back yard, 2 Ficus plants set in ceramic catch plates, I have those sitting on a rolling plant stand to give me access to cleaning bottom, drilled drainage holes, hot glued screen material to underside of white floor, drilled drainage holes in LLL Reptile drain tray.
This all sits on a vanity complete with granite counter and ceramic sink. The sink catches the water and that drains into a funnel and into a 5 gallon bucket.
Last thing I did was set up my AquaZamp misting system. Let me say, it was extremely easy to set up! I have it next to my catch bucket and stuck a small aquarium heater mat to the AquaZamp to keep water warm. Set up two spray nozzles at top left and right back corners.
Thanks for all the tips and advice from all of you fine folks!!!!
