Do the turquoise and yellow colors mean that she has eggs or is she receptive to breeding? My veiled just started turning the colors this morning and I was wondering if she was ready to lay or not.

Welcome to the forums. Please post a photo. These colors most likely mean that she is becoming a woman and it's time to cut back her food and heat so she want start forming a large clutch of eggs. It's also time to provide her with a laying bin if you don't already have one. Here's some links to some good info about females, egg laying and the laying bin.
